Our Team
Dr. Yvonne Yap is an Australian Chinese. She was raised in Sydney and Perth, and worked many years in Perth prior to her relocating to Singapore. She joined Pacific Healthcare Specialist Centre in 2008 practicing all aspects of general dentistry with areas of specialization in cosmetic and implant dentistry.
Before joining Pacific Healthcare, Dr. Yap was a principal dentist in private practice in Applecross (Perth, Australia) for 10 years.
Dr. Yap graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1997 with a Bachelor in Dental Science. Immediately she started working in private practice, where she developed a particular interest in oral surgery and implant dentistry. In 1999 she underwent a year of clinical training in implant dentistry and continues to practice in this area to this day.
Outside of work she leads an active and healthy lifestyle, including jogging, yoga and pilates. She also enjoys travel, reading and sharing a meal with close friends and family.
